I am Hashim Q Adil & I am a business coach.
I'm the oldest son of Bohra Business Family, who chose to pursue education from DCBS College affiliated to De Montfort University, Leicester, UK.
My entrepreneurial journey started when I started delivering Public Speaking Classes in the year 2008. In 4 years, we trained over 3,000 students and professionals in communication & presentation skills.
In 2011, I incorporated a company ventured into an international call center for tech support.
In December 2012, I shut down my call center business after suffering a 5-Cr loss and a 50 Lakh+ personal debt. I realized that to build successful businesses, I needed more skills and experience.
In Dec 2013, I started my journey to gain more skills, knowledge to help build the foundation of growth.
I joined Tijaraat Al Rabehaah in 2015, to help Bohra community business owners to build systems to grow their business. Work with over 4,000 business owners from 40+ industries.
Started Skypath Consultancy in 2016.
In 2017, I delivered my open session on Business Booster to over 120 Business owners and got covered by newspapers like TOI, HT, Dainink Bhasker to name a few.
In 2018, I wrote and published 1st Book - 31 Best ways to Market Your Business, which became Amazon Best Seller.
Life took a turn in 2019 January, I met with accident and was bed ridden for months. With a lot of pressure to meet the household expenses. That's when the E-com Start-Up & COMPACT FRAMEWORK started to take shape.
Since then, I have worked with entrepreneurs in helping them create tangible results and growth by creating a method to set, track and achieve goals-the C.O.M.P.A.C.T FRAMWORK.
I've impacted the lives of over 20,000 people through my Training & Coaching, workshops, and books. etc.

I also support a project where no one goes to bed hungry, which fills me with a sense of fulfillment.
